Technical Inspection
(all aircraft and pilots are required to pass the technical inspection prior to competition):
For the aircraft:
__Current airworthiness certificate
__Current registration
__Operating limitations (copy OK)
__Weight & balance
__Proof of aircraft current insurance, 1,000,000 liability minimum (copy OK)
__Proof of current annual inspection (copy OK)
__Functional radio
For the pilot:
__Pilot certificate
__Current medical certificate
__Photo ID
__Current flight review sign off (copy OK)
__Current IAC membership card (can join at the contest)
__FAI sporting license (required for Unlimited only)
__Free program (7 copies A, plus 16 copies of B and C)
Other Handy Items:
Sunscreen, Sun Hat, other sun protection, Water Bottle, Checkbook, Spare Fuel Cap, Spare Spark Plug, Chocks and Tie-Down Ropes, Selection of screws, Inspection Hole Cover, Fuel Dipstick, Oil (Oil and Fuel are available on field), 200 MPH Tape, Tools
